AGM followed by Mothers and Food Memories.

Members – Please join us for our Annual General Meeting where elections will be held and reports presented.

This will be a hybrid meeting using Zoom from Bow Cliff Seniors Centre (3375 Spruce Drive SW).

Following the AGM, we will have a sharing time about Mothers and Memories of Food. The memories of our mother are often related to memories of the foods that she prepared. What was a favourite meal that she served? Do you know its origins? Did she use a particular cookbook? Was there a kitchen tool that you associate with her cooking? Did you inherit a gadget, a cookbook or recipe cards in her own handwriting? Was she a gourmet cook, or did she prefer to let others do the food preparation? This will be a sharing session, so please bring along or have ready your memory of your mother (or grandmother or aunt or some other significant person) and food.

We welcome visitors, although visitors will not be allowed to vote during our Annual General Meeting time.
