Free FamilySearch Webinars: April 2026
SALT LAKE CITY, UT (2 April 2026)—FamilySearch International celebrates National DNA Month with free educational webinars designed to help people learn how to use DNA testing to enhance their family history research. The webinars will be offered live and on demand and are suitable for all levels of family history discovery experience.
“DNA is valuable because it can help you identify relatives you’re connected to,” said Debbie Gurtler, assistant director of the FamilySearch Library. “To get meaningful results, it helps to combine your DNA matches with solid genealogical research.”
The webinar series progresses from foundational DNA concepts to applying test results and online tools in family history research.
